American National Bank Classroom Lending Library Grant

Through the generosity of the American National Bank, The Guilford County Enrichment Fund will be providing grants of up to $200 to elementary school teachers who would like to create or add to a classroom lending library for their students. The hope is that the lending library will give students who may not have many books in their homes continuous access to books.

Teachers are asked to focus on purchasing books that will appeal especially to the students reading below grade level.

While media centers and school libraries are essential, please do not submit projects that seek to supply these areas.
